The FB25 fiber test filter bags are the single-use consumable for crude fiber and insoluble dietary fiber determination by the acid–alkali digestion method — hydrophilic bags with a standard 25 μm pore size (15 μm and 10 μm options), acid–alkali treatment loss below 1%. Manufactured to import-substitution grade as a cost-effective alternative to imported filter bags; evaluation samples available on request.
Features
- Acid-, alkali- and heat-resistant construction.
- Imported hydrophilic polymer composite — standard 25 μm pores (15 μm / 10 μm available, other parameters identical), uniform pore size and reliable filtration.
- Withstands 105 °C; acid–alkali treatment loss below 1%.
- Extremely low ash residue.
- No suction filtration required — markedly higher working efficiency.
- 1–30 samples per batch, 90–180 per day — matches the F20/F22 fiber analyzers.
- Import-substitution grade — a cost-effective alternative to imported filter bags.
