What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form we receive the details you enter: your name, company, country, email address, phone number, the instrument or topic you select, your message, and — only if you request trial filter bags — your shipping address.

We also collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics (GA4): pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

How we use it

Inquiry details are used only to answer your request: preparing a quotation, recommending an instrument or method, arranging trial consumables, and the follow-up communication needed for that purpose.

Usage statistics help us understand which products and application notes are useful to visitors, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing mailings without your consent.

Third-party processors

The inquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, which transmits your message to our mailbox. Google Analytics processes usage data under Google’s own privacy terms. Both act only as processors of the data described above.

Our email is hosted on standard mail infrastructure; messages you send us are stored in our company mailbox.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry correspondence while a business discussion is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards for reference. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete your information, or to tell you what we hold about you.
