Complete range of automated analysis instruments — nitrogen determination, digestion, titration, fiber and fat analysis, sample preparation, the containment hardware that keeps a digestion lab safe, and the filter-bag consumables that keep it running.
In short: Sonnen manufactures 36 lines of automated laboratory analyzers in China: Kjeldahl nitrogen & protein analyzers (recovery ≥99.5%), aluminum and graphite block digesters, titrators, filter-bag fiber analyzers and fat extractors, autosamplers, and filter-bag consumables compatible with ANKOM instruments.
Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analyzers
Automated distillation and distillation–titration systems built on the classic Kjeldahl method, with color-sensor end-point detection, ≥99.5% standard recovery (K12/K18 reach 99.8% in high-nitrogen test mode) and dedicated modules for nitric nitrogen and high-nitrogen samples. The K06, K1306, K12 and K18 run a complete single-sample test cycle unattended once started; the K12 and K18 add an autosampler interface for continuous 20/35-sample batch operation with the A20/A35.

Autosampling & Automation
Robotic sample handling that extends the K12/K18 analyzers from single-sample automatic testing to true unattended batch operation. The A20 (20-position, rack-type) accepts a complete Smart 20 tube rack in one step — with an automatic door, auto-extending tray and foot-triggered switch — and is the recommended solution for new installations; the A35 (35-position carousel) is the larger-capacity option.

Aluminum-Block Digesters
The Smart series now spans five models — Smart 08 / 12 / 18 / 20 / 42 (300 mL tubes on Smart 08/12/20, 100 mL tubes on Smart 18/42) — with 21-stage user-defined temperature ramps from ambient to 450 °C, storage for 510 user-defined digestion programs, over-temperature protection and intelligent fault detection; a lifting mechanism and exhaust absorption interface are optional. The high-capacity Smart 56 remains in production, available on request. X-series blocks cover 8 to 42 positions.

Filter-Bag Fiber Analyzers
Filter-bag technology for crude fiber, ADF, NDF, lignin and insoluble dietary fiber: enclosed, off-hand batch processing of up to 30 samples with no cooling water required. The F10 model is also available in this series.

Filter-Bag Fat Extractors
Automated solvent extraction with ≥90% solvent recovery — up to 15 samples per batch, RSD ≤1.0%, covering sealing, soaking, extraction and solvent recovery in one process.

Fume Removal & Containment
Exhaust manifolds and containment systems that keep acid fumes away from operators and instruments during digestion.

Sample Preparation
Automated pretreatment ahead of the measurement: the H15 performs acid hydrolysis for fat determination in animal products (meat, egg, dairy) and feeds the G100/G350 filter-bag extractors; the CE4 automates cation exchange capacity pretreatment — reagent dosing, stirring, filtration and washing on four stations — for soil testing.

Filter Bags & Consumables
Single-use consumables for filter-bag methods — every test consumes bags, so supply continuity matters as much as price. The GB3 (fat, 3 μm hydrophobic) and FB25 (fiber, 25 μm hydrophilic) are manufactured to import-substitution grade: evaluation users report results comparable to imported filter bags at roughly half the cost, and the bags are in recurring volume use by major feed groups. Free evaluation samples and standing-order supply available on request.
